Phantom Engineering, Inc. is seeking to fill a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) position to support our Virginia-based Federal Government client. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• End-to-end network architecture and design experience 
• Data management and protection across networks
• Experience setting up, monitoring, and maintaining data transport networks in commercial environments
• Able to develop and capture networking requirements
• Experience in translating needs/requirements into written and verbal specifications and design for commercial providers
• Experience working with providers to coordinate implementation of network design 
• Deep expertise in networking transport technologies and working with providers to procure transport
• Able to coordinate implementation of circuits, cross-connects, physical hand off at meet-me points
• Strong written and verbal skills
